In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to us for the services in question during the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary increases, skill mastery timelines, or career advancement as a result of completing our courses. Individual results depend on numerous factors including personal effort, prior experience, market conditions, and opportunities.

Enrollment in courses is subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any applicant. Regular attendance and participation are expected of all enrolled students.

5.2 Course Completion

Completion of a course requires fulfilling all specified requirements, including assignments, projects, and attendance. Certificates of completion are issued only to students who successfully complete all course requirements.

5.3 Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful learning environment. Violations of our code of conduct may result in removal from the course without refund.

5.4 Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical equipment and software to participate in courses. Specific requirements will be communicated prior to course commencement.
